However, it’s important to remember that press-on nails are different from salon nails. Think of them as your favorite accessories—just like you remove your jewelry daily, give your press-on nails the same care to keep them looking fresh and fabulous!

How long does it take to get my products ?
As all of our press-ons are handmade, Please allow 3 -10 Business Days for order
processing time (Not Including Shipping Time).
Domestic shipping within the UK generally takes 1-2 business days
Shipping to Europe generally takes 3-5 business days
Shipping to U.S. generally takes 7-9 business days.
Shipping to Australia generally takes 6-7 business days.
Shipping to rest of the world generally takes 10 business days.

We ship globally.

Is there free shipping ?
Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders at £35 or more, international orders at £80 or more.
Can I pick up my order ?
Yes, you can collect your order from Westfield Stratford.
Please pick up your order within 14 days of receiving the collection confirmation. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled and non-refundable.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE
Do you offer refunds ?
We do not offer refunds. If there is a quality issue, please contact us, we'll handle it.
Can I exchange ?
Stall purchases: Purchases made at the stall are non-exchangeable. Please make sure you choose the correct size and design at the time of purchase. Our lovely stall assistants will be happy to help you.
Online purchase: We offer size exchanges only (designs cannot be exchanged).
Please contact us via Instagram DM or email (enesbusiness1688@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process.
Pick-up orders: Our stall assistants will help you check whether the size is correct. Please be aware that if the size you ordered is incorrect, your correct size may be out of stock at the stall, and you may need to wait for a restock.
Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a exchange ?
The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fee.
We highly recommend visiting our stall to check the size in person or contacting us before making a purchase.

How do I know my size ?
We offer 4 sizes in our press-on nails - XS to L. One of these sizes will fit you.
I’m gifting this to a friend, how can I check their size?
Please take a photo of their hand with a £1 coin for size reference and send it to us via email (enesbusiness1688@gmail.com) We’ll help you find the correct size.
